I’ve stayed away from the controversy about TokyoPop’s recent “Manga Pilot” program.

That doesn’t mean I don’t have an opinion. If you’ve seen what I’ve written in the past about other similar contracts, from TokyoPop and from other companies, you probably know what my opinion is. If you’ve seen the way that my expression of those opinions didn’t seem to change anybody’s mind (those who were with me were with me after reading my posts, those who weren’t with me just thought I was being a jerk), you’ll know why I’m staying out of it.

But, yeah. Even though I’m staying out of this, I still appreciate a good, level-headed, but utterly, utterly devastating analysis when I see one.
